  | "Keep a Green Tree" Inspired by the hawthorn thickets and stands of poplar and birch I see from my window every day. Read more about the inspiration behind this cuff. I created this environmentally friendly, one-of-a-kind, unisex cuff using copper and silver from my scrap box. The copper piece already had this wonderful texture on it. I'm not sure what my original intention was for the sterling silver piece, but I knew it would be the perfect backdrop for the copper. I added the linear texture to symbolize tree trunks, and then stamped the back with the quote: "Keep a green tree in your heart, and perhaps a singing bird shall come" I antiqued the cuff, then polished it and preserved the finish with Conservator's microcrystalline wax. 1" (2.5 cm) high 2 3/8" (60 cm) long (inside measurement) 1 5/8" (44 cm) wide (inside measurement) The cuff is adjustable, so if you aren't sure of the exact measurements (ie. it is to be a gift), you have a little wiggle room!
